Pumpkin Spice Mix Spices 50g

This delicate and aromatic blend of spices is specifically designed to season pumpkin.
The sweetness of cinnamon is tempered by the pungency of ginger while nutmeg, clove and Jamaican pepper make the blend complex. A touch of mace then enriches it and reinforces the notes of nutmeg.

USE IN THE KITCHEN: obviously in the pumpkin pie typical of the autumn season of American cuisine! However, this fragrant blend can be used to brown in a pan all sweet vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkin, it can be added to the filling of ravioli or to flavor a long coffee, a spiced hot chocolate or a delicious "Pumpkin spice latte". You can also add it to muffins, ice cream or all pumpkin-based preparations but also apples such as pancakes, strudel and cakes.

In the savoury version you can use it to flavour meat stews similar to tajine.
