RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if you have changed your mind about your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return it. Returns are only accepted for unused products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 14 days of receiving the package. Follow these steps:

  2. Provide Visual Evidence : Attach photos or videos that clearly show the product defect, damage, or error.
  3. Resolution Options : Based on your report and the type of damage, we will agree on one of the following solutions together:
    • Refund : We will refund the amount you paid for the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • Voucher : We will provide you with a voucher to use within 30 days towards a new purchase on our site.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind about a product you purchased, you're not satisfied, the size isn't right, or you simply don't like it, you can return it by following these instructions:

  1. Return Period : Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving your package.
  2. Product Condition : The product must be returned in perfect resalable condition and in its original condition.
  3. Return shipping is at the customer 's expense. You can use your preferred courier.

  5. Order Number : Please be sure to include your order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

Please note: Returns can only be made on products that have never been used, opened, or washed.

Reception and Good

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is verified, we will provide you with a voucher for the value of the returned items, which you can use towards future purchases on our website. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom vinyl rugs or perfumes, which are not returnable.
