Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please report it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please proceed as follows:
- Reporting by Email : Send an email to our customer service at [infoarredocasa@libero.it] within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide Visual Evidence : Attach photos or videos that clearly show the product defect, damage, or error.

Resolution Options : Based on your report and the type of damage, we will agree together on one of the following solutions:
- Refund : We will refund the amount you paid for the damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- Voucher : We will provide you with a voucher to use within 30 days for a new purchase on our site.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about a product you purchased, you are not satisfied, the size is not correct, or you simply do not like it, you can return it by following these instructions:
- Return Time : Ship the return within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Product Condition : The product must be returned in perfect resalable condition and in its original condition.
- Shipping at Customer's expense : The return shipping is at the customer's expense. You can use the courier of your choice.

Reception and Good
Once the return arrives at our warehouse and is verified, we will provide you with a voucher for the amount of the returned products, to be used for new purchases on our site. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom vinyl rugs, which cannot be returned.
