FAQs

1. How much does shipping cost? Do you deliver only to Italy or worldwide?

The service costs €7.99, for orders over €79 shipping is free (except for islands, costs may vary depending on the specific area and we will contact you after completing the order)

We ship throughout Italy and beyond! For international countries, however, shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the package. This information is already included in the cart during checkout.

2. How long does shipping take? And how can I track my order?

Goods leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Shipping takes 2-3 business days (except Saturdays and Sundays) and can be tracked using the tracking code sent by the courier in the email. All shipping and delivery information is ALWAYS provided by the courier.

3. The courier didn't find me at home, will he come back?
If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, he will make a second delivery the following day (if during the second delivery the recipient is still absent, we may release the stock for a NEW delivery)

4. What are the customer support hours?

Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 10:00-12:00 and 16:00-18:00, via WhatsApp at 3517873557 or by email at infoarredocasa@libero.it. In our absence, however, the website will remain open 24 hours a day and you can consult it directly.

5. What types of payment do you accept?*

We accept the following payment methods: Postepay top-up, Bank transfer (to be made within 5 days), Cash on delivery (service cost €3.99, if you choose this method, please monitor the progress of the shipment to avoid the parcel being stored and refused. In fact, if the parcel is refused the first time, it will not be possible to continue purchasing by choosing cash on delivery), Various credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal and Klarna (payment in installments without interest or additional costs).

*Orders placed with one of these payment methods will be processed only upon receipt of the payment.

The protection of our customers' personal data is of the utmost importance to us. All information entered for the purchase will be processed in accordance with the privacy regulations.

6. Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

Of course, order cancellations or changes can be made if the order isn't currently being processed or hasn't already been shipped. We recommend notifying us within 8 hours of purchase by emailing infoarredocasa@libero.it

As soon as our operator reads your request (during office hours), he will cancel the order.

NB If the order was paid with methods such as KLARNA, CARDS OR PAYPAL and there are price differences or you want to cancel the order in its entirety, a voucher will be generated to spend in our online shop.

7. Is it possible to return a product and replace it with another?

You can return the product (respecting the conditions set out on the website) but in exchange you will receive a voucher to spend in the store.

8. Why was my order cancelled?

To ensure access to our products, our system may cancel orders from customers who purchase via bank transfer or Postepay but do not make payment within 5 days, or if the customer has not confirmed shipment.

9. Can I change my payment method?

Of course, you can contact customer service within 10 hours of purchase by emailing infoarredocasa@libero.it. They will cancel your order and give you the option to reorder using the most suitable payment method.

We remind our customers that unjustified refusal of a shipment may result in additional charges and delays in processing the return. To avoid these charges, please be sure to accept deliveries in accordance with the courier or delivery service's instructions and follow the appropriate return procedure, as outlined in our return policy.
